Flat share by Beth'O'Leary

The story of the flat share revolves around Tiffy and Leon who share a flat on the committment that they will use it only at alternate times. That is Tiffy during the night and Leon during the day also because their work shifts forces them to. They also share a bed without sharing it at the same time.

How intimate are text conversations?. I think with the age of 'instant' messaging that thrill of waiting for a reply is lost. But this book gives you a chance to relive those days.

The book starts off with Leon having a girl friend Kay and she makes sure Tiffy and Leon though share a bed are distanced. So Tiffy and Leon's relationship starts off with the communication through little notes that they stick in their flat.

When people start sharing a space, however different they are, an effortless bond develops. There is something about sharing a confined space, the smell of the other person, the presence in the absence of other, there starts the blurring of lines of personal space. And soon Tiffy and Leon become good friends. What follows, is like a scrumptious dessert that you would want to devour.

For me it's one of those reads that doesn't need a movie adaptation because things are really good in my head. 😀
